It should help answer questions you may have, as well as prevent misunderstandings about our products and business practices. By purchasing any product from us, you agree to these terms.

 

 

Privacy: BigLloyde, Inc. only uses customer information collected during the transaction to complete the transaction. It will never be shared with a third party unless requested by the customer.

 

Liability: BigLloyde, Inc. is not responsible for bodily harm, propery damage, or tonal shortcomings that result, either real or imagined, from using our product.

Since our product are often used in conjunction with and connected to amplifiers with lethal voltages, it is the customer's obliagion to ensure they understand and follow all safety precautions required.

 

Warranty: BigLloyde, Inc. warranties it's products for 5 years from the ship date. Warranty covers all parts and labor, but does not cover abuse or misuse. If a problem arrises with your unit, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for return shipping on any warranty claim. We will pay shipping back to the customer.  Please visit our FAQ page for some troubleshooting tips that will solve the most frequent problems.  Before returning any product, be sure to contact us first.

 

Wait Times: All of our products are hand built, in small batches, in our shop. We rarely have units in stock, though it may vary by model and work load. Orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. An approximate lead time will be posted on the website. If for some reason we are ever unable to fill an order, we will contact the customer and issue a full refund.

 

Shipping: All products will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail as soon as they are completed. Packages will have insurance and delivery confirmation. We guarantee that all products are shipped in perfect condition. If a product is damaged or lost in shipping an insurance claim will need to be made. Insurance claims can take up to a few weeks to complete.

 

International Shipping: We ship pedals all over the world. Products will be shipped by USPS Priority International. We do not declare a lower customs value on our pedals. All international shipments require a phone number. Once the product leaves the US postal system and is taken over by a foreign postal service the package is no longer trackable. If a package is not recieved in 2-3 weeks please contact us. We will contact the USPS and ask that they put a trace on the package. Depending on the country it is shipping to, this can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks for the USPS to complete.

 

Return Policy: BigLloyde, Inc. offers a three day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your pedal, return within three days of receiving your pedal and we will issue a full refund for the price of the pedal. If the pedal is damaged in anyway the amount of repairing the pedal will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs on returns.

 

Compatibility: Our products are designed to operate well with a wide variety of gear, but there is no way for us to predict or ensure certain results with specific equipment. Stacking effects, may give good, bad, or mixed results, and is outside our control. Noise may be an issue if multiple gain pedals are stacked, in particular into a high gain amp.

 

Customization: We do not customize pedals for customers. If a customer mods or otherwise alters the pedal in any way, the warranty is void.

 

Updates: BigLloyde, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the circuitry and appearance of any of it's products at any time. These changes only apply to product going forward, and are not retroactive. If for some unforseen reason, we decide a pedal has a design flaw that needs corrected, we will post the correct information on that product's web page, and the work will be done at no cost to the customer.

 

BigLloyde, Inc. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
